M Haus

M Haus is a residential structure comprising two levels that contemplates the notion of compact residential living. The dwelling features three bedrooms, a modest interior atrium, and a roof deck, all thoughtfully arranged within the confines of its limited lot to optimize the interplay between each space.

The utilization of the property setback as an initial reference point led to the further abstraction of the resulting shape, employing spatial projections to attain a sculptural form. Consequently, this procedure yielded diagonal flows that dynamically altered the interiors.
